Dreams

I never ever remember my dreams. Even when I was pregnant I didn't remember my dreams, I've always been like this.

Well last night I had a dream and I remembered it this morning. Since this never happens to me I decided to share my dream with all of you. It really isn't anything special or funny but it's a big deal for me so be nice.

Ok here goes! My dream was that Dave sold 6 cars at work today and then another 6 cars the rest of this week which would put him at a total of 27 for the entire month. The most anyone sales person has sold at his dealership in one month is 25 so he set a new record and for that the General Manager told him that he could pick out any 2 cars on the lot to have. One for me and one for Dave, free of charge. Of course I picked out a cooper CX-9 (third row SUV) fully loaded, and by fully loaded i mean, bows (probably misspelled) sound system, navigation, moon roof, rear entertainment, Chrome wheels, leather heated seats, automatic windshield wipers.(picture on the left) Dave got a CX-7 (SUV) in Black Cherry fully loaded. (picture on the right and in person you don't see the reddish purple tint it just looks black)

That was my dream! Now Dave is a car salesman and he wants to sell 6 more cars before the end of the month to hit a record for himself of 21 cars in one month. I am pretty sure that's where that part of the dream came from. I'm not surprised that I would be dreaming about this either because most of our conversations these days revolve around him and his work. See he was recently promoted to the Internet Sales Manager at Mazda Direct. It was a big deal when it happened two months ago and since then he has been kicking some major ass. He has done so well that they have decided to keep the dealership open. It was set to close towards the end of this summer so they could build a new store for their Toyota dealership, but now Mazda Direct is turning a pretty good profit so they aren't closing it. This is really good news because Dave was bummed about not being able to sell Mazda's, he really likes the product and the company.

I wish I could say why they gave us two brand new cars of our choice but I can't. I also wish they really were giving them to us but I don't think it matters how many cars Dave sells in one month. If we want those SUV's we will have to buy them ourselves.

Alright, there it is the first dream I have remembered having in YEARS!!! Now no making fun of me.

I would be afraid to publish some of the dreams I have. I might be certified totally mental. My cousin (who is Jessica by the way) gave me Remember Me to read. I am starting it today. I will let you know when I am done.

Sounds like a great dream! It ended positively...some of mine don't. LOL! I can't imagine not remembering my dreams. I remember them each day. I think I am a weirdo. LOL!

I remember some of them but not all and they usually piece together things that are on my mind in a weird way. I think that's a great dream! You want to hear something weird...in all my dreams I never live where I actually live. Its always somewhere I've lived in the past never the current place. Ever.
Now go tell your hubby your dream is a sign he's going to keep kicking butt. ;)

Alright, Mrs. Wilson ... This is the first dream I have ever heard about where the leading man was a car sales representative/dealer guy. How sweet is that?

If you need to borrow my husband's tool belt and his carpenter boots for some quality dreamin' just let me know ...

And yes it was a sweet dream, I dreamt my husband built me a new home. Overnight. Fully loaded.

I have such a hard time thinking of cars like that as SUVs. They look like hyped up station wagons compared to the more beastier SUVs like Jeeps, Durangos, Suburbans. Seriously, though, those things are just ridiculouly too big. All of this, however, stems from my bitterness at Saturn for taking my beloved VUE and turning it in to this ugly hatch back looking thing. I drive past dealerships and want to cry. I LOVE the Saturn Vue but our next car is going to have to be the outlook because I am NOT buying one of those freaky looking VUES.

(Holy cow. Where did this rant come from? Sorry for unloading that all in your comments, hahaha.)

Billie, I think more people remeber there dreams then don't so I'm the weird one. :)

Mom to 3 Monkeys, I actually did tell him about the dream and I said it's a sign, so we will see. He thinks I'm nuts.

Oh Carrie, I will not be needing your Daves tool belt becasue my Dae used to be a carpenter so we have our own to use but thank you so much for the offer.

Applejoos, they do look like station wagons in teh pictures but not so much in person. I've never been a big fan of the crossover SUV's. That was untill I walked into Dave showroom and they had the Copper CX- 9 on teh showroom floor. I feel instnantly in love with it. It's much bigger adn taller in person. The 7 however is a little more stion wagon looking and I don't klike it as much.

I wouldn't sleep if I couldn't dream!

I'm sure if I dreamed of my husbands work, it would entail him killing his boss!

I agree with Apple they do look like station wagons in the pictures but i've never seen them in person. I love the Saturn Outlook as well. That is what I want next, they get really good gas mileage. Good luck on the sales though! I can't believe you don't dream?? I don't every night but I do dream. I dreamnt alot when I was pregnant.
