Time to Brag!

After 12 years, a million hints, and a thousand I want this it finally happened.

What happen you ask? Well my wonderful, amazing, thoughtful husband finally ordered me flowers and had them delivered to work. Can you believe it? I was so shocked and surprised. I had pretty much given up all hope of ever having flowers delivered to me to work and then there was the receptionist walking down the isle calling my name.

What makes this even better is that it was not the typical bouquet in a regular vase (which would have been fine), it was a mix of Roses, Carnations, and some really pretty filler flower arranged in a Tea Pot with the lid in with the flowers. Something you need to know about me is I love Tea Pots but I never by them for myself, there are always more practical and useful things to be bought. so this was perfect, once the flowers die I will still have the pretty Tea Pot to display or use for other arrangements.

Now the absolute best part and what gave me absolute bragging rights with all the ladies at work is what the card said.

To the best mother,
my beautiful wife,
and my best friend.

Love always and forever,

Daddy and the Munchkins

I know, isn't he the best husband ever. Not that it takes much for me to cry, but those words brought tears to my eyes instantly and I didn't care one bit that I was at work. You know you would have cried to.

Oh, man ... I am so happy for you! Some men never catch on, lucky yours did (but you know that, don't you?)

It is so funny, I don't know you but I feel like I do so I am rooting all the way and can imagine you crying at work (whatever it is you do).

How sweet!! I got absolutely nothing from my hubby, unless you want to count the three e-cards he sent after he went to church and they reminded him it was mother's day, LOL.
